Renovations by Sanj is a Home Remodeling and Home Improvement Company. We offer remodels of kitchens and bathrooms at reasonable prices. We can help with installing new flooring, including carpet, tile and wood flooring. We refinish old run-down wood floors. We can paint your home, inside and outside and offer power washing of your siding, brick and concrete. We can virtually make your old concrete driveway look like new. We offer a wide range services to assist with any home improvement project.

We understand the needs and lifestyles of today’s families – because we are one! We started out renovating homes over 20 years ago and built new homes with a mix of the traditional and modern. 2001 to be recognized for our true talent, expertise, and quality work that we bring to this industry. After building new homes for several years and serving as a general contractor, we started to focus on delivering value to bring many of the older homes in the area to a more modern look and feel. We always had a passion for taking something old and run down and here was something missing – passion, talent, quality, exceptional service, and providing a stress-free experience for home & business owners. Our passion for creating great spaces and exceptional customer service for our clients keeps us focused on our mission.

We proudly serve Montgomery County, and have had experience in new home construction, additions and major home renovations! We allow you to take it easy while we make sure your project is completed on time and cleaned up daily while on site. Sanj will oversee every aspect of your project from beginning to end.
