The tile floor installation requires thorough subfloor treatment to avoid water damage and provide a long-lasting surface. We ensure we have all the necessary components for installation, whether it's a concrete board or a tile backer foundation. When installing heavy tile, such as slate, we ensure the floor has the appropriate reinforcements.
We fill the grout lines again when the tile has been installed, and the mortar has hardened. Because grout takes a few weeks to cure fully, we'll return and, if necessary, apply a grout sealant to avoid stains.
